We are a group of residents concerned about Brisbane City Council’s draft South Brisbane Urban Renewal Strategy – the neighbourhood plan that would wreck the neighbourhood.
As part of the campaign against the damage this plan would cause to West End’s unique character we have built this site to allow you, the people of West End and people from elsewhere who love West End, to post your stories.
We plan to compile these stories into a book, which we will present to the Brisbane City Council. This will help show Council the folly of their proposed 30-storey over development of our urban village. West End is Many Stories, not 30 Storeys.
